Ingredients.
300g Chunk light tuna in water drained well
1/4 cup Finely diced white onion
1 Tbl Cajun Seasoning
1 Egg
1 Tbl chopped Cilantro
1 Tbl Spicy Mayo
1/2 Lemon Squeezed
**You can add 1/4 Cup GF breadcrumbs
Spicy Mayo, Diced avocado, and Arugula for garnish.
Directions:
Add all ingredients together and mix well. Heat a large pan over medium heat and divide mixture in 4 For thicker patties or 6 for thinner patties.
Once pan is hot over medium, place the patties down and wait for 8 minutes without touching them!
Carefully flip and then place in 400 degree oven. Cook 10 additional minutes.
serve over arugula and top with avocado and spicy Mayo!
