Mongolian beef is delicious one wrapped in a lettuce wrap, but this Mongolian beef with chickpea noodles is absolutely delicious!
Ingredients:
1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
1/2 Onion Diced
1 Inch grated ginger
4 cloves smashed garlic
4 TBL soy Amines or Soy Sauce
4 TBL GF Hoisin
1/8 Box Chickpea Pasta
1 Cup Snap Peas
4 Green Onions Diced
Directions:
Brown beef in skillet and one 3/4 cooked, add diced onion, ginger, garlic and cook through.
boil chickpea pasta two directions until al dente
Once beef is browned add soy sauce and Hoisin, cook until liquids absorb and then add chickpea pasta snap peas and green onions.
serve while snap peas are still crunchy and enjoy!
