Microwave poached eggs and baked bacon!
I start by using a regular coffee cup with a half cup of water, a teaspoon of vinegar, and then I place it in the microwave for one minute. I then dropped in an egg and microwaved 60 seconds again and let sit for 30 seconds. Then I spoon and out with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel to dry.
For the bacon, place in single layer on a aluminum foil lined cookie sheet. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes at 400°, remove and place bacon on paper towels to dry. Don’t forget to save that bacon fat for later!!
I wanted one a little more done, so I microwaved it for 90 seconds!
